Known for his client-first approach and strong communication skills, Scott has built a career helping businesses and individuals navigate complex transactions with confidence.

Scott began his professional journey in 2004 as a licensed Realtor, specializing in both resale and new construction homes. His early success in residential real estate naturally opened the door to commercial opportunities—an area he was especially drawn to. After brokering a commercial property acquisition for a client, he was invited to join their organization, taking on the challenge of building and managing the Finance and Insurance Department for a multi-location heavy truck dealership in Southern Ontario.

Over nearly 15 years in that role, Scott led the F&I operations for what became the largest-volume MACK Trucks dealership group in Canada. His dedication to service and attention to detail earned him numerous accolades and the respect of clients and colleagues alike.

In 2022, Scott embraced a new challenge—consulting for a land developer in Central Mexico, advising foreign investors on land acquisition opportunities. It was there he met his wife, and shortly after, they made the decision to return to Canada to pursue new opportunities together.

In early 2025, a conversation with VP of Leasing, Andrew Del Bucchia, confirmed that Stride Capital was the right place to return to his roots in commercial finance, working alongside a team that shares his passion for service and client success.
