In her role, Shannen supports the Sales Team by preparing credit packages and write ups, analyzing financials, and entering deals into Aspire. She also works closely with the Credit Team and Account Managers to help support the financing process from submission to completion.

Working towards a Financial Services degree at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Shannen brings a strong understanding of credit, risk, and financial decision making which will support her ability to contribute to Stride’s mission. Shannen’s experience in the hospitality industry has provided her with the ability to remain organized and structured in high pressure situations, and to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members. These strengths will help her support our team with deal processing from start to finish.

While working in hospitality, Shannen was recognized for her performance and was awarded with the Best in House award for outstanding guest satisfaction and top sales performance during the summer season—the busiest season of the year.

As she starts her career in the industry, Shannen is excited to embrace this learning opportunity and grow in a purpose- driven environment. Based out of Calgary, Alberta, she is committed to contributing to Stride’s success.
