With 5 years of accounting experience, she over looks all aspects of Stride’s accounting, from processing daily fundings, to budgeting and treasury functions. With her impeccable attention to detail and auditing background, she brings a high level of accuracy & predictability to the team.

Katelyn earned a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan in 2011, as well as a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the Master’s of Professional Accounting Program (MPAcc) from the University of Saskatchewan in 2013. Subsequently, Katelyn received her Chartered Professional Accounting designation in 2015. Prior to joining Stride Capital, Katelyn spent 5 years at BDO Canada LLP, most recently as an Accounting & Assurance Manager in the complex engagements department.

Katelyn has been recognized by management as a top performer in her previous role. She has experience working with both public and private entities across various industries including manufacturing, energy, communications and technology. She uses her accounting experience along with her hardworking attitude to help support Stride Capital’s management and originations team.
